Job Description

As a Technical Sales Engineer at Network Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your technical expertise to understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct in-depth technical discussions with prospective clients to understand their requirements and challenges.
  • Solution Development: Develop customized solutions and proposals that address customer needs and align with our product offerings.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborate with sales representatives to develop strategic account plans and identify new business opportunities.
  • Post-Sales Support: Provide post-sales support and technical assistance to clients as needed.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or engineering roles.
  • Performance: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Technical Background: Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
