The Ideal Candidate:
  • Possesses a strong background in B2B marketing with a focus on digital marketing, web management, and event planning.
  • Has excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Is proficient in using digital marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Analytics.
  • Has a proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing campaigns and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Digital Marketing & Web Management: Optimize our digital presence, including websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Event & Sponsorship Management: Coordinate events, sponsorships, and partnerships to enhance our brand visibility and reputation.
  • Product & Sales Support: Provide technical support to our sales teams and ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Branding & Messaging: Develop and maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and products.

Requirements:

  • A Matric certificate paired with a relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field.
  • Ideally 4+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing management, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a technology environment.
  • Proven expertise in digital lead generation, product management, and familiarity with the telecom, IT, or voice solutions sectors.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for business.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and reliable, with a strong collaborative spirit.
  • A genuine passion for technology and the capacity to grasp and convey complex technical concepts effectively.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
