The Role: Group Talent Attraction Specialist

Our client, a leading manufacturer and retailer, is seeking a highly motivated Group Talent Attraction Specialist to join their Human Capital team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a recruitment strategy that attracts top talent to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and requirements.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial application to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a minimum of 7-10 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
