Job Description

This Hospitality Sales Expert role is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional service and creates memorable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in achieving our revenue targets and growing our business.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and effective relationship-building.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Support the sales team in promoting special offers, packages, and events across various channels.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Education: A relevant qualification in sales, marketing, or hospitality (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or hospitality role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attributes:
    • Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
    • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
    • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is essential.
