Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the operations of the assigned unit.
  • Set performance goals and objectives for the team, and drive accountability.
  • Monitor and analyze unit performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other units and departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present reports on unit performance to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
