Position Overview
As a pivotal role within GroupM, the Regional Transformation Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead is tasked with spearheading business evolution across a diverse array of markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

The CoE Lead will guide a proficient team of 20 specialists focused on systems, processes, transformation, and robotic process automation, ensuring that our operations remain at the forefront of industry standards.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee a multifaceted team to execute significant business transformation projects.
  • Navigate the balance between global standardization and localized market needs to effectively address business challenges.
  • Guarantee the realization of benefits from new systems through thorough business change initiatives, including process design, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholder groups to ensure timely project delivery and strategic decision-making that advances the organization.
  • Manage projects from initial feasibility studies and high-level business case development to detailed design, implementation, and benefit tracking.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized system for monitoring business cases.
  • Provide regional frameworks that empower markets to implement strategies while safeguarding competitive advantages.
  • Oversee the budget for executing transformation initiatives across the EMEA region.
  • Engage in global projects to further enhance business capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading business transformation initiatives within a multinational context.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team of specialists.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align global standards with market-specific requirements.
  • Expertise in business and process design, along with change management methodologies.
  • Experience in crafting high-level business cases and tracking their outcomes.
  • Proficient in budget management and resource allocation across extensive regions.
  • Familiarity with systems, process automation, and robotic process automation is essential.
  • Background in finance and central operations is highly advantageous.
