Job Description

The IT Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the roll-out of new applications, ensuring that all issues are properly logged and prioritized, and managing many open cases at one time.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Network and Security administration in conjunction with the designated Service Providers
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
