  5. Analyse community sentiment to create data-driven content strategies and foster engagement.
  6. Identify and collaborate with influencers and creators while overseeing the use of user-generated content to enhance global marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or brand marketing, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
  3. Strong understanding of branding, design, and global social media trends and platform-specific best practices.
  4. Expertise in video creation, editing, and storytelling for short-form formats, photo shoot production, content planning, and creative direction.
  5. Proven track record of working with content editing tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
