Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Support Services Specialist to join our team at HG Ventures. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including managing reception duties, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring efficient procurement processes.

Your tasks will include handling correspondence, filing, and document management, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory. You will also verify incoming invoices, prepare outgoing invoices, and manage receivables.

Additionally, you will prepare export documentation and coordinate logistics for local and international shipments, review, manage, and post expense and credit card statements, and assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
