Job Title: Insurance Leads Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Leads Coordinator to join our team at HR Options. As an Insurance Leads Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the entire leads process, from receipt to conversion, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strong knowledge of our company's products and services to provide professional service to clients.
  • Manage the leads process, including receipt, data gathering, correspondence with business development, allocation to financial advisors, progress tracking, conversion, and non-conversion.
  • Engage with internal development teams to develop a technology-driven leads process that integrates with our systems.
  • Maximize client engagement, client service delivery, client retention, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the leads database and continuously track progress to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial services company, with a proven record of achievements from lead inception to closing.
  • Excel or other relevant CRM software experience, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans, at all levels.
