Learning Coordinator

The Signa Group seeks a skilled Learning Coordinator to join our team in coordinating campus projects, providing administrative support, and implementing quality management processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and computer literacy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate learner contracts, including fixed-term contracts and workplace-based agreements
- Conduct learner orientation and induction, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Manage digital client project files, learner profiles, and attendance tracking
- Prepare and submit initial uploads to the National Qualifications Committee (NQC) for learner registration
- Administer learner stop stipends and terminations, identifying red flag learners and initiating stop stipend requests
Competencies & Skills
- Good administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Mail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively
About the Role
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
