The incumbent will also write reports on findings and present them to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain an information management system.
  • Assist in maintaining a computerized monitoring and evaluation system that incorporates project-specific research instruments and a user-friendly data capturing system.
  • Literature searches and reviews; instrument design, adaptation, piloting, validation, and administration.
  • Data collection, cleaning, analysis, and database management.
  • Analyze and discuss research findings in project reports.
  • Prepare written summaries of research work for publication in peer-reviewed journals.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Social Science or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Higher Education sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in research and evaluation.
