What you'll do:

  • Ensuring that the relevant replacements required per project is attended to timeously.
  • Sourcing and selecting candidates as per project.
  • All MIE Checks Ensure candidates arrive for Polygraphs, Interviews, medicals and relevant site tests.
  • Conduct recruitment reference checks
  • CRM / recruitment systems update
  • Social media advertising
  • Providing administrative function to relevant project on site.
  • Filing and keeping all temporary employee files up to date as per company requirements.
  • Capturing CV's and candidate and client details on the internal Payroll Systems system.
  • Ensuring employee packs are up to date with relevant required information as per project.
  • Ad hoc administration duties as and when required on the project.
  • Recruitment CRM Systems updated.
  • To work as part of a team and assist on relevant projects tasked according to portfolio and stakeholder requirements.
  • To provide administration assistance and internal recruitment to all stakeholders based on stakeholder requirements.
  • The administrative requirement is related to the performance as well as the delivery on stakeholder outcomes.

Your expertise:

  • Function related experience in recruitment: 3 to 5 years
  • Project experience: 2 years Blue-collar / Below the threshold recruitment experience
  • Other experience 2 years in administration of various accounts
  • Knowledge and experience on MS Office

Qualifications:

  • Matric

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certificate in HR or IR and or APSO
  • Certificate in Administration
