HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at FROGG Recruitment. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employee information and benefits.
  • Manage HR documents, such as employment contracts, new hire guides, and company policies.
  • Update internal databases with employee information, including leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules.
  • Liaise with external partners, such as insurance vendors, to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on HR metrics, including turnover rates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, answering HR-related queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payment of employee benefits.
  • Assist with HR projects, such as organizing job fairs and other recruitment events.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Experience with HR software, such as HRIS or HRMS.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
