Internal Sales Coordinator

At Hiconnex, we seek an exceptional Internal Sales Administrator to support our team in achieving excellence in sales and customer satisfaction.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and skilled individual to join our dynamic team as an Internal Sales Administrator. As an essential member of our Internal and External Sales Department, you will play a critical role in supporting management in meeting and exceeding overall objectives.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with customers through effective communication and delivery on promises.
- Follow up on quotes issued and ensure timely completion of internal sales orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and meet set sales objectives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, manage schedules, calendars, and appointments, as well as provide administrative support to the team.
- Manage sales material, including catalogues, sample rooms, inventory, and provide general customer support.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, social media management, and event planning.
- Expedite orders from suppliers, inform clients of any delays in shipments, and issue back-order reports on a weekly basis.
- Generate sales reports, track sales budgets, and performance, and facilitate effective communication among sales teams, management, and other departments.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent (advantageous).
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
