About the Role

As an essential member of our Internal and External Sales Department, you will play a critical role in supporting management in meeting and exceeding overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with customers through effective communication and delivery on promises.
  • Follow up on quotes issued and ensure timely completion of internal sales orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and meet set sales objectives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, manage schedules, calendars, and appointments, as well as provide administrative support to the team.
  • Manage sales material, including catalogues, sample rooms, inventory, and provide general customer support.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, social media management, and event planning.
  • Expedite orders from suppliers, inform clients of any delays in shipments, and issue back-order reports on a weekly basis.
  • Generate sales reports, track sales budgets, and performance, and facilitate effective communication among sales teams, management, and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent (advantageous).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
