Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to provide comprehensive support to our client's senior leadership team.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional with exceptional administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the calendar and schedule, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events.
  2. Prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes, and route them accordingly.
  3. Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other meeting materials.
  4. Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support, drafting and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as directed.
  5. Assist in preparing for and attending meetings, conferences, and events.
  6. Manage the budget and expenses.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
