**Job Summary:**

As a Strategic Operations Coordinator at Assign Services (Pty) Ltd - JHB, you will play a crucial role in supporting the President's Office in achieving its objectives. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

**Responsibilities:

  • Assist the President in planning, coordinating, and implementing various activities within and outside the organization.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the President's Office by managing administrative tasks, including document processing, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including drafting documents, preparing presentations, and conducting research.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the President.

**Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of work experience in a senior administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
