As an entry-level sales representative at Ground One Direct Marketing, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  2. BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  4. UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER NEEDS AND RECOMMEND SUITABLE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
  5. MAINTAIN DETAILED RECORDS OF SALES ACTIVITIES AND CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS.
  6. PREPARE AND DELIVER SALES PROPOSALS AND CONTRACTS.
  7. COLLABORATE WITH TEAM MEMBERS AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
  8. STAY UP-TO-DATE WITH PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, INDUSTRY TRENDS, AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES.
  9. PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE SALES PROCESS.
Requirements:
  • No prior sales experience is required, but it is a plus.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  • STRONG NEGOTIATION AND PERSUASION ABILITIES.
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM.
  • HIGH LEVEL OF SELF-MOTIVATION AND A STRONG DESIRE TO SUCCEED.
  • BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS AND PROFICIENCY IN USING SALES SOFTWARE.
  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT.
