Sales Enablement Specialist

SAP is committed to helping its customers achieve their full potential by providing innovative cloud solutions. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for strategically positioning our cloud solutions to address customers' unique challenges and drive their future success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales of complex business software/IT solutions, with a proven track record of success in business application software sales and team-selling environments. They will be able to handle large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technology landscape, strategic goals, and competitive environment.
- Solution Development: Work closely with customers to develop and implement tailored cloud solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy and advancing sales funnel, leveraging internal resources to drive demand and manage opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and orchestrate remote and cross-functional teams to align with the customer's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions.
- Proven success in business application software sales and leading team-selling environments.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription-based solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
