National Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Business Development Manager to join our team in South Africa. As a specialist in the agricultural tire industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing a strong presence in the market.
Job Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including after-market dealers/distributors and OEM companies.
- Dealer Management: Establish and manage a network of dealers across South Africa, ensuring timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Reporting and Analytics: Analyze sales data and prepare comprehensive reports to inform business decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the specialty tire service industry, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the agricultural tire industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Salary: R960,000 - R1,200,000 per year (CTC)
