About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Business Development Manager to join our team in South Africa. As a specialist in the agricultural tire industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing a strong presence in the market.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including after-market dealers/distributors and OEM companies.
  • Dealer Management: Establish and manage a network of dealers across South Africa, ensuring timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Analyze sales data and prepare comprehensive reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the specialty tire service industry, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the agricultural tire industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Salary: R960,000 - R1,200,000 per year (CTC)
  • Benefits: Vehicle allowance, home office allowance, and other benefits as applicable.
