Job Overview: Isilumko Staffing is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior National Glass Development Strategist to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, manage regional teams, and develop strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growing glass and cullet collection through effective sales strategies
  • Managing two Regional Heads of Business Development to achieve sales targets
  • Maintaining existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Drafting presentations and reports to support business growth
  • Implementing and driving strategic initiatives to improve business performance
  • Managing assets and representing the company at stakeholder meetings

Requirements:

  • Valid Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (post-graduate qualification advantageous)
  • No less than 10 years' experience in Business Development or Sales, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel nationally for business purposes
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to make informed decisions and build strong relationships

Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this position is R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A competitive benefits package will also be offered.
