They will be familiar with CRM platforms and campaign management tools, such as Optimove, Salesforce, or similar, and have excellent organizational skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-impact retention campaigns across various channels like email, SMS, and push notifications. You will dive into campaign performance data, uncover trends, and present actionable insights that will shape future efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies designed to boost customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Segmentation Management: Create and manage segmented groups to ensure each customer feels like the campaign was tailored just for them.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate promotional calendars to guarantee timely campaign execution.
