    • Create action plans following assessments to support career development.
  4. Performance Management :
    • Implement performance management systems aligned with business strategy.
    • Ensure continuous feedback mechanisms and performance appraisal processes.

  5. Change Management & Employee Engagement :
    • Support change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
