    • Collaborate with Learning & Development to create career development pathways.
  3. Talent Assessment :
    • Develop and implement psychometric assessments, 360-degree feedback, and exit interviews.

    • Create action plans following assessments to support career development.
  4. Performance Management :
    • Implement performance management systems aligned with business strategy.

  5. Change Management & Employee Engagement :
    • Support change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
