We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Sales Specialist to drive sales growth, business development, and client relationships for our Time & Attendance and workforce management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities for Workforce Management solutions, particularly Time & Attendance systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including HR, payroll, and operations managers.
- Develop sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored proposals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments in Workforce Management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management.
- 5+ years of experience in selling Workforce Management solutions, with a focus on Time & Attendance systems.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce optimisation solutions.
