The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce optimization solutions. A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling Workforce Management solutions is required, with a focus on Time & Attendance systems. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a business-to-business environment.
