Job Description:

Staff Solutions Recruitment is seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems to improve efficiency and productivity in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automated control systems using PLC programming and electrical control systems engineering principles.
  • Implement and integrate automated systems into existing production machinery, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure automated systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff on new automated systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, PLC programming, and electrical control systems engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in PLC programming languages, such as Siemens and Phoenix Contact PLC Next.
  • Experience with industrial communication protocols, such as Modbus and Profibus.
  • Knowledge of electrical CAD software and design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
