Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role in production automation.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage timing plans for projects, ensuring milestones are met on time.
  • Evaluate and estimate capex for new projects, tracking planned vs actual expenditure.
  • Design and implement automated systems, working closely with vendors to source necessary components.
  • Develop and implement PLC programs to control and monitor machinery, troubleshooting and debugging as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing automated systems.
  • Strong proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus).
  • Familiarity with electrical CAD software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • N Dip / B-tech Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent qualification.
