Job Title: Client Contact Centre Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Contact Centre Service Administrator to join our team at Status Staffing. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve general/claim related correspondence queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and professional information and advice to clients regarding their policies and claims.
  • Verify and update client contact information, including medical aid details, to ensure accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve quality standards and resolve client queries.
  • Apply the TCF principles in every aspect of your job functions to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 2 years proven client service/call centre experience.
  • Medical Aid understanding and servicing experience.
  • Individual life policy administration knowledge and experience.
  • Intermediary MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Able to work with detail and with a high level of accuracy.
  • Works well in a team and independently.
  • Ability to cope with pressure and setbacks.
  • Proactive.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Target Driven.
  • Self-motivated.
Working Hours:
  • 08:00 – 17:00: Monday - Friday.
