Client Service Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Consultant to join our dynamic Investment Platform Client Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support on all portfolio products, including Preservation, Pension and Provident Funds, Retirement Annuities, Savings products, and Direct Unit Trusts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality client service and support on all portfolio products, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of client queries and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via various channels, including telephone, email, fax, and in-person interactions, to provide product information and resolve queries.
  • Manage work items, including dealing with rejections, general queries, and detailed query investigation and resolution, to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing proactive communication and keeping all systems updated with relevant notes.
  • Support the Client Group by providing proactive communication on rejections and queries raised by third-party administrators and clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all third-party and client queries on the company's SA and offshore funds range.
  • Assist other team members as needed, providing cover during periods of absence.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant 2-3 years of working experience in a business-focused role.
  • A business-focused degree.
  • Financial Services experience, specifically in Asset Management, Retirement Funds, and Unit Trust.
  • Offshore experience is an advantage.
  • Call Centre experience in Financial Services is essential.
  • Excellent business writing skills.
