About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fund Services Administrator to join our team at TMF Group. As a Fund Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their fund structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clients, including cash management, company secretarial, and financial services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism legislation
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure satisfactory client due diligence and compliance with jurisdictional regulation
  • Manage bank accounts and perform daily reconciliations in accordance with internal controls
  • Provide documentation and support to bookkeepers and accountants to complete bookkeeping in a timely and efficient manner
  • Use treasury systems to place fixed or FX deposits and liaise with the Treasury department as required
  • Manage client relationships and ensure that actions agreed at team Customer Relationship Management Review Meetings are implemented in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work within a team and be willing to support other client teams during periods of high activity
  • Company secretarial, private equity fund administration, and cash management experience
  • Internal systems, controls, and procedures training will be provided
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Education to at least 'A' level standard or equivalent, with a degree qualification being a benefit
  • 2+ years of private equity/trust and company experience, with company secretarial and cash management experience being an advantage
