Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional servicing and support to our clients across various portfolio products, including Preservation, Pension and Provident Funds, Retirement Annuities, Savings products, and Direct Unit Trusts.

You will communicate with clients in a courteous and professional manner via various channels, including telephone, email, fax, letter, and direct walk-in clients. Your primary goal will be to manage all work items, including dealing with rejections, general queries, and detailed query investigation and resolution.

You will build and maintain relationships with clients by answering queries directly on all relevant correspondence and keeping all systems, including third-party administrator systems, updated with all notes.

Additionally, you will support the Client Group by providing proactive communication on rejections and queries raised by third-party administrators and clients. You will also act as the primary point of contact for all third-party and client queries on our company's SA and offshore funds range.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are seeking a candidate with relevant 2-3 years of working experience in a business-focused degree and financial services experience, specifically in Asset Management, Retirement Funds, and Unit Trust. Offshore experience is an advantage, and call centre experience in financial services is essential.

You should possess excellent business writing skills and the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships, approach and own opportunities for development, and demonstrate a client-focused and collaborative approach.
