Enterprise Sales Engineer Lead

We're seeking an exceptional Enterprise Sales Engineer to join our team at Mimecast.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior sales engineer to leverage their expertise in enterprise sales methodologies and navigate complex buying processes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large, complex deals within the enterprise space.
They will also possess a deep understanding of enterprise sales and the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-level stakeholders.
As a member of our team, you will be empowered to deliver impactful presentations and technical demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of C-level executives and key decision-makers.
You will also be responsible for leading the technical development of RFPs/RFIs for enterprise accounts and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include staying at the forefront of industry trends and competitor landscapes, crafting winning sales strategies for the enterprise segment, and participating in strategic industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads for the enterprise pipeline.
We're looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented, and independent individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior sales engineering role, with a focus on enterprise accounts.

- Demonstrated expertise in cyber security and its specific enterprise-level challenges and solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to command the attention of executive audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, solution architecture, and proposal writing.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
