About the Role

  • You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers, resolving escalated or complex calls and ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries on diagnostic imaging, life care solutions, surgical or biomedical services.

  • Work flexible hours to support USA customers, including evenings and weekends.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations and make sound decisions.
