About the Role
- You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers, resolving escalated or complex calls and ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries on diagnostic imaging, life care solutions, surgical or biomedical services.
- Conduct thorough research to provide accurate answers and resolutions for customers.
- Work flexible hours to support USA customers, including evenings and weekends.
What We're Looking For
- 2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations and make sound decisions.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
