The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Please note that fluency in multiple languages is required for this position.

Basic salary: R9500 per month. This is a fixed-term contract with a 4-week training program.

Shift times are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and every second Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm.
