Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences?
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our English Support team at Betway Group.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and online chats. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and they leave with a positive impression of our brand.
About the Role:
- Respond to customer queries via telephone, email, and online chats
- Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
- Update relevant databases with pertinent information
- Complete tasks assigned during your shift
- Build and manage customer relationships, as well as cross-sell products and services
- Solve problems encountered during shifts
- Take full responsibility for handling customer-related queries
- Maintain excellent time management and adhere to schedules
- Perform additional tasks as required by managers or shift supervisors

Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, focusing on shared goals
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within scope
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
- Able to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
- Relevant degree or 2-year National Diploma
- At least 2 years' experience in Customer Service or Contact Centre roles
- Available for 24/7 shift rotations
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively (read, write, and speak fluently)
- Demonstrable relevant experience within a Customer Service environment
