Job Title: Business Process Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Automation Specialist to join our team at Intrinsic Consulting Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the entire Business Process Automation lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to designing, developing, deploying, and continuously improving automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation Policy and Procedure Development: Provide guidance on automation policies, processes, and procedures to ensure seamless integration with our business operations.
  • Process Analysis and Review: Analyze and review business processes to identify opportunities for automation, improving productivity and efficiency.
  • Automation Solution Development: Lead initiatives to automate tasks and improve productivity by developing and implementing automated workflows using Microsoft applications.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance throughout automation integration, maintaining the highest standards of data protection.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Partner with teams for quality assurance and testing of automation solutions, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor employees and share knowledge through a collaborative process, working towards a common goal of excellence.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a similar automation role, with a strong background in RPA technologies and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Skills: Proficiency in tools like Visio, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps, Teams, Azure, Process Adviser, JIRA, Confluence, and similar. Strong knowledge of RPA, workflow management, and BPM tools, with experience in AI technologies and Power BI for data analysis.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
