Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Automation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and refining email automations, monitoring performance, and identifying technical solutions to drive business value. Responsibilities
  • Deploy, maintain, and optimize email marketing automations in SFMC, adhering to team workflow and process.
  • Partner and collaborate with stakeholder teams to drive portfolio-wide automation strategy, increasing email engagement and driving business value.
  • Monitor and report on email performance and audience data, ensuring correct journey audience entry and exit rules are configured.
  • Manage automation documentation and training materials for the email team, keeping them organized and up to date.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience developing and optimizing marketing automation strategies with a focus on measurement, optimization, and analysis.
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SFMC Certification a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals, working knowledge of Ampscript, SQL.
  • Knowledge of Python and other programming languages/analytics tools a plus.
  • Must be a team-player, able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and 'get-it-done' attitude.
  • Highly proactive, self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Display incredible attention to details.
  • Demonstrate conceptual thinking and foundational marketing skills.
  • Willingness to explore creative and innovative solutions.
