Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends impacting the business
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability by consistently improving restaurant operating standards and implementing corrective action plans
  • Monitor underperforming restaurants, develop and execute corrective action plans to enhance operating standards and profitability
  • Ensure Operations team compliance with standards and regulations
  • Identify and communicate operational and financial risks, develop corrective action plans
  • Monitor and improve restaurant profitability
  • Submit timely reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to restaurant management teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience at a Multisite Management level
  • Multisite experience required
  • Tertiary qualification advantageous
  • Strong Leadership ability
  • Ability to delegate and manage effectively
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • High attention to detail and process-driven
  • Analytical
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
