Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at On Line Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling, and driving the sales of imported goods.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven ability to upsell and increase customer engagement, as well as strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while managing customer expectations.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing customers
  • Regularly visit customer sites to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Actively upsell additional products based on customer needs
  • Drive the sales of imported goods
  • Analyse and extract data from Excel to track sales and customer trends
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
  • Previous experience in sales, accounts or related field
  • Proven ability to upsell and increase customer engagement
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Excellent time management skills: able to prioritize and meet deadlines while managing customer expectations
