Job Title: National Sales Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Director to join our team at Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading our national sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- National Key Accounts Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our national key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate our national sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our production, design, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Sales Target Setting: Establish and communicate sales targets to the national sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Pricing and Negotiations: Develop and implement pricing strategies, negotiating with clients to secure deals that benefit both parties.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-15 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the building and construction industry, with a strong understanding of the roofing industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Qualifications: Technical tertiary qualification essential, with a sales or marketing qualification being an advantage.
- Financial Management: Experience in preparing budgets and KPIs for the team, with the ability to compile and understand financial reports.
