Dutch Language Customer Service Representative

We have an exciting opportunity for a Dutch speaking customer service and sales representative to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dutch speaking customer service and sales representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in Dutch language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
What We Offer:

- Probation period: 4 months
