Role Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to source leads and achieve sales targets primarily on personal insurance. You will be expected to build relationships with commercial lines insurance specialists and employees within other insurance divisions to identify opportunities for growth and development. Your key tasks will include:
  • Developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies to reach new customers and expand our existing portfolio.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A matric/Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
  • FAIS credits (120) and a valid FAIS regulatory examination for representatives (RE5) certificate.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in sales, with proof of previous commission earned.
  • Your own transport (car) and a valid driver's license.

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a basic salary of R20,000.00 plus commission, pension, incentives, and a 13th cheque. This hybrid position offers one of the best commission rates in the country, resulting in an average take-home pay of R45,000.00 per month. You will also have access to continuous professional development (CPD) points to enhance your skills and knowledge.
