Internal Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team at Emporium Human Capital.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our dealer base, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing dealers and customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum 2 years of proven internal sales experience
- Strong technical and IT-related sales knowledge
- Experience with CRM systems or Excel-based equivalent processes
- Strong Microsoft Office usage experience
- Dealer base management experience and understanding of sales processes
