About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, while also maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven internal sales experience.
  • Strong technical and IT-related sales knowledge.
  • Experience with CRM systems or Excel-based equivalent processes.
  • Strong Microsoft Office usage experience.
  • Dealer base management experience and understanding of sales processes.
