About the RoleThe successful candidate will have 10 years of experience in Human Capital management, with 4 years at a team and business management level. A B-Comm degree or postgraduate degree in HR/Industrial Psychology/Labour Legislation is required. Industry experience, especially within pharmaceuticals, is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Circana HR Strategy and provide strategic HR leadership within the business.
- Execute the people strategy through a savvy HR infrastructure and in partnership with local business and the Global HR.
- Ensure that all existing HR projects continue and are monitored in the achievement of desired outcomes.
- Drive the company policies and best-practices that are relevant for the business and align with Circana's employee value proposition.
- B-Comm degree / post graduate degree in the field of HR/ Industrial Psychology / Labour Legislation
- 10 years relevant experience in a Human Capital management, of which 4 years' experience at team and business management level.
- Industry experience, especially within pharmaceutical, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of sound HR practices, strategy, and technology
- Policy and process development.
- Business and Human Capital projects.
- Leadership methodology and leading organisational change.
- Writing, metrics development and management/ board level reporting.
- Practiced and tested knowledge of South Africa's Labour Legislation, pragmatic application of Industrial Relations and representing the company at Union engagements, CCMA, Labour Court, and the Department of Labour.
- Consultative, engaging, empowering and supportive team member and team leader.
- On point and eloquent communication, both verbally and in writing
