Job Title: Team Assistant – Intern

Our client, a leading real estate services company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant – Intern to join their team in Groenkloof, Pretoria.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, organizing files, and handling correspondence. They will also assist with marketing tasks, handle telephonic communication with clients and stakeholders, and support the team with meeting preparations and company events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with marketing tasks such as social media management, content creation, and campaign support.
  • Handle telephonic communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring professional and efficient service.
  • Support the team with meeting preparations, including scheduling, agenda setting, and minute-taking.
  • Assist in organizing company events and marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • Matric qualification.
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in office management and organization.
  • Strong telephonic communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
  • Ability to speak and write Afrikaans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
