Job Summary

The Core Team is dedicated to providing personalized service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and exceeds their expectations. As a Core Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting company and hotel policies, participating in scheduling and supervising a team, and providing leadership within a management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support company and hotel policies and procedures
  • Participate in scheduling and supervise a team
  • Provide leadership within a management team with shared responsibilities
  • Oversee CORE operations while on duty with direct accountability for leadership of department
  • Ensure service standards are met and exceeded, including anticipation of guest needs, upselling, and daily tasks
  • Responsible for ensuring that all guest issues/complaints receive prompt action and follow-up
  • Take charge of Core agent duties when needed
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with all departments
  • Participate in and facilitate training for new hires and monthly department meetings
  • Liaise with VIP parties and coordinate with multiple departments to provide a seamless experience for guests
  • Attend all required Hotel meetings
  • Thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and general crisis situation procedures
  • Reconciliation of Payroll, Incentives for staff, and OTA reservations
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements

This position requires a highly motivated and service-minded individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional guest service is essential. Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required, and the ability to assume responsibility for the department in the absence of a manager is essential.

This position involves a heavy volume of guest contact, and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays is required. We welcome applications from EE candidates, including disabled applicants.
