We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at HR Human Solutions Agency. As a key representative of the hotel, this individual will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.

This role is ideal for an organized and friendly professional who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, think critically, and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €25,000 - €35,000, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome, assist, and direct guests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure accurate check-in and check-out procedures, handling payments and managing guest records with precision
  • Manage telephones, emails, and reservations in a timely and professional manner, maintaining clear communication with guests and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of correspondence and ensure that all bookings are guaranteed, applying no-show charges or late cancellation fees as necessary
  • Review guest special requests and take proactive steps to meet or exceed their expectations
  • Handle problems effectively, thinking critically and making informed decisions to resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and exceed expectations

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Experience in managing customer relations face-to-face and via phone
  • High level of spoken and written English
  • Strong customer service skills, including face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions
  • Desirable: proven experience in hospitality, reception, and admin or similar customer-facing roles
  • Cash handling and familiarity with Opera software
