About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join our Food & Beverage Team as the Food & Beverage Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in all food and beverage areas.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menus, promotions, and events.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
