This role is responsible for managing the recovery and complex claims function within our organization, including the coordination of negotiations, appointment of assessors, and management of service providers.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure timely and efficient management of inbox and receipting of recovery monies received from 3rd parties and salvage monies received.
- Handle queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve claims outcomes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with underwriting and finance teams to ensure seamless claims processing.
- Matric certification.
- A minimum of 5-7 years personal lines, short-term insurance claims handling experience.
- A law degree is advantageous.
- Knowledge of legal and OSTI processes.
- A minimum of 5 years in a management position with a proven track record of successful business management.
